Signing up to stay updated places you in our Early Access Queue (the "Waitlist"). While we will provide regular development updates, this does not guarantee immediate access to the Simply Scruff app upon release. Access is granted in stages as we scale our infrastructure to ensure maximum precision for every pet.
3. Intellectual Property
The "Simply Scruff" name, the shaggy mascot, the "Magic Logger" concept, and all underlying code are the exclusive property of Simply Good Developers, LLC. You may not use our brand assets or reproduce our unique health-timeline logic without express written permission.
4. Medical Disclaimer
Simply Scruff is a data organization tool, not a medical device. We provide a platform for you to track and visualize pet health data. The app does not provide veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions.
5. Limitation of Liability
Simply Good Developers, LLC provides this site and the upcoming app "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any data loss, damages, or pet health outcomes resulting from the use of our organizational tools. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you input.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from your use of this site or the waitlist will be handled exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
